Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

As our items are made to order and/or personalised, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun, unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Size Issues

If a sizing issue occurs and the item is not personalised, we may be able to offer an exchange at our discretion. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

4. Returns

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of approval. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Customer Rights) & Shipping

1. Shipping Regions
We currently deliver to:

Delivery charges, times, and options may vary by region.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays and require up to 10 working days to customise the garment/s then the item will be posted on the options chosen. 

3. Delivery Options & Times

Once items are customised you will receive your items within 48 hours and receive email notifications.

4. Delivery Partner
We use trusted carriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, or inpost) to deliver your order.

5. Tracking
You will receive tracking information by telephone once your order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at joanne@diverseclothing.co.uk. We will assist with a claim and replacement.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may hold your parcel at a local depot. Additional redelivery charges may apply

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
  • If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Joanne@diverseclothing.co.uk and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
